Take 12 hrs Gap  

This gap is important between dinner and breakfast. This is for your body to rejuvenate & digest your food. 

Eat Fat First 

This will keep your blood sugar levels stable and create less food cravings throughout the day. 

Have More Vegetables

Follow a ratio of 3:1 (2 cup of vegetables to ½ cup of rice).This will improve your gut, bowel movement and the fiber in the vegetables will keep you full longer.

Have a small piece of jaggery immediately post your meal. 

Flush Out The Bloat  

Sometimes, feelings of hunger can be a sign of thirst. Drink water 30 mins before and 30 mins after your meal. Water can also help you feel fuller and support your overall health.
