If your kids are fussy about eating those greens, don’t fret. From muffins to scrambled eggs, there are plenty of ways to sneak them in.
Hide the flavours of spinach in those soft and fluffy muffins and your kids will never know. Add a touch of mashed bananas and sweeten them up.
Slice up the zucchini into thin strips and coat it with bread crumbs. Deep-fry in hot oil and pair with a tangy tomato dip for evening snacks.
Mix blanched spinach in your pancake batter and it will turn all green. Spread it on your pan and toss. Add dollops of whipped cream and enjoy.
If there’s anything soft and fluffy that kids love, it has to be scrambled eggs. What better way to sneak in the spinach and give them a tasty dish.
This quick and easy-to-make dish is a combination of penne, pesto sauce and loads of kale. Top with crunchy walnuts and grated parmesan.
