A quick and easy recipe to make for last-minute gatherings where a sweet fix is needed after an elaborate meal, this funfetti dip is a hit with kids and adults, alike.
2 cups vanilla cake mix 3 cups double cream 1 cup cream cheese ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles 1 tablespoon sugar
Whip the cream into soft peaks and set aside until ready to use.
Add the cake mix, cream cheese, sugar and sprinkles to a bowl and combine thoroughly.
Dollop the whipped cream into this mixture and fold in gently, until mixed well.
Add to a serving bowl and top up with more sprinkles. Serve with crackers and sugar cookies on the side.
