Fruity Vegan Pancakes For Breakfast

Soft, fluffy and flavourful vegan pancakes, easily customisable! Top it with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients

300g flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract 400ml plant-based milk (such as oat, almond or soya) 1 tbsp vegetable oil To serve (optional) banana slices, blueberries, maple syrup, vegan chocolate chips, plant-based yoghurt

Step 1

Take a bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix well, avoid lumps.

Step 2

Slowly pour in the milk until you get a smooth, desired thick batter.

Step 3

Now take a pan, heat oil. Take 2tbsp batter and pour it nicely on the pan to make small round pancakes.

Step 4

Continue to cook until the surface is bubbling and the edges are set. Cook the other side until golden on both sides.

Step 5

Best part is to decorate your pancakes with your favourite toppings. Now serve and enjoy!
