Made with loads of seasonal fruits, yoghurt and milk, this simple yet delicious dessert is perfect to curb your untimely sweet cravings. Here is a recipe to make fruit yoghurt at home.

Ingredients

5 strawberries, mashed ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt Drizzle of honey For toppings toasted almonds or pecans granola

Step 1

In a large bowl mash berries with a fork, this will help release their natural juice and sweetness.
