Fruit cream is a rich and indulgent dessert that can be enjoyed at any time of the year. If you love eating fruits, here’s a quick recipe for fruit cream to enjoy the crunch of the fruits in mouth-melting cream.
2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups chopped season fruits 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Take the heavy cream and add sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk the cream till stiff peaks form.
Chop your favourite seasonal fruits like grapes, apple, banana, pineapple, etc.
Fold the fruits in the cream and ensure all the pieces are nicely covered.
Refrigerate the fruit cream for about two hours.
Garnish it with chopped nuts and enjoy.
