Deliciously creamy yoghurt studded with superfoods like cranberries and cacao nibs, are the perfect healthy snack to munch on when you’re craving a sweet treat.
3 cups Greek yoghurt ¼ cup honey/maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup cacao nibs ¼ cup frozen cranberries ¼ cup fresh blueberries
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and set aside.
Combine the Greek yoghurt, vanilla essence and maple syrup in a bowl.
Pour on to the tray and spread into a ¼-inch thick layer.
Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top and allow to set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Remove and cut into bite-sized squares and place in a jar. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
