500g watermelon (in cubes) 120 ml tequila 70ml triple sec 2 limes 2 tsp honey 4 tsp salt 2 tsp caster sugar ¼ tsp chili flakes
Add the watermelon cubes to a freezeproof container and let them freeze until solid.
Combine salt, sugar, chili flakes and lime zest in a small bowl. Keep it aside.
In a blender, add frozen watermelon, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and honey and blend until smooth.
Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip it into the spice mixture.
Pour the drink into a glass and serve!
