This gin-laced, sweet and sour cocktail was adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Julie Reiner at Clover Club in Brooklyn, NYC.

3 Fresh small ripe strawberries 50 ml Rutte dry gin 17 ml Italian red bitter liqueur
