1 cup water ½ cup sugar 1 sliced cucumber 5 lemons
Combine sugar and water together and boil. When boiled, turn off the heat and refrigerate the mixture.
In a blender, blend cucumber until finely mashed. Then, strain the mixture and take out cucumber juice.
In a pitcher, add cucumber juice, sugar syrup and lemon juice. Stir well and garnish with mint leaves.
Your fresh cucumber lemonade is ready!
