French Crepes: Easy Recipe For A Lip-Smacking Dish

French crepes are delicious and the perfect choice for breakfast or brunch. While the recipe might seem difficult, it is easy to make these once you try this guide.

Ingredients

3 large eggs 2 tbsp oil 1 ¼ cup milk 4 tbsp butter 3 tbsp sugar 1-2 lemon wedges Whipped cream 4 cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup vanilla sugar A pinch of salt

Step 1

Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl to prepare a creamy and frothy concoction.

Step 2

Combine sugar, salt, and two tablespoons of butter in it. 

Step 3

Add flour to the batter slowly to prepare a runny batter with a smooth consistency.

Step 4

Rest the batter for at least 30 minutes. You can keep it in the fridge for two days.

Heat a non-stick skillet, grease it with butter, and spread a thin layer of batter on it.

Step 6

Once the edges start turning brown, flip the crepe and cook the other side for 10-15 seconds. Serve it with lemon wedges, whipped cream, and some fruits.
