Be it your creamy deviled eggs or the crunchy scotch ones, you always give them a healthier spin and dig into your favourite egg recipes while losing weight.
Goodness of eggs and meat are these scotch eggs. Covered in sausage meat and bread crumbs, boiled eggs are lightly fried and fully baked instead of being deep-fried.
From hot sauce to creamy stuffing, these boiled eggs are a delight. Substitute mayo with non-fat Greek yoghurt and mix with mustard for a yummy filling.
Prepare your creamy scrambled eggs as you do and mix them with some baked black beans right after. Toss in salt and serve hot.
Light, healthy and full of veggies, eggs are whisked in a mug with chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander and green chillies. Add seasonings and herbs and microwave with no oil.
Replace the bun base with thick slices of sweet potato, top it with bacon and poached eggs and drizzle a low-fat Greek yoghurt and lemon sauce for a healthy delight.
