With rising temperatures, it's important to pay attention to what you're eating and how it's affecting your body. There are plenty of refreshing foods that can help you stay hydrated while there are some you need to avoid.
The best option to snack on in the summer season is cucumber. Make detox water or add it to salads.
Try to avoid heavy alcoholic drinks or cocktails in summer. Try mocktails and light beers.
Making raita or lassi or chhanch with home-made dahi is great for your health.
Heavy meat like mutton or pork should be avoided in summers as our body might have trouble digesting them.
Fruit salad, made with seasonal summer fruits like watermelon, mangoes and berries is the healthiest option.
Deep fried foods like fries or chicken wings should definitely be avoided as it causes acid reflux.
