Always cook the rice and meat separately before putting them on dum together.
Whether it is chicken, mutton, soya or veg biryani, the most important ingredient is fried onion. So, always get it right.
Always cook your rice separately till it is 70% done, no less and no more than that.
Do not over or under do the moisture. Use just the right amount of milk, ghee or other ingredients that you use.
Always cook on a low flame. That makes the meat tender and succulent.
