Follow These Steps To Make Veg Sandwich

Sandwiches are one of the most commonly made snacks and dinner in India and across the world.Let us look at a simple recipe to make delicious veg sandwich for quick breakfasts.

Ingredients

Very few ingredients are required to make veg sandwich. All you need is 4 slices of bread, cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce slices of cheese, butter and salt & pepper for seasoning.

Step 1

Slice you cucumber into thin, round pieces. Likewise, cut the tomatoes and onions in round slices too, for maintaining consistency of the filling.

Step 2

take the bread slices and lather two of them with butter. On the other two slices, line up your sliced vegetables and sprinke salt and pepper.

Step 3

On top of the vegetables, put a layer of lettuce, followed by a cheese slice each. Then, cover the filling with the buttered slices and press slightly.

Step 4

Grease the tava or sandwich maker with some butter and cook your sandwiches till they are crispy. Sever with tomato ketchup and fries.
