These ripe jackfruit dosas are almost like diner-style pancakes and requires little to no sweetening, all thanks to the fragrant sweetness from the fruit.
1 cup sooji 1 cup jackfruit petals, deseeded ½ cup grated coconut ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ cup water
Mix the sooji and water and let it soak for 10-12 minutes.
Blitz the ripe jackfruit petals into a puree and add the grated coconut.
Add the soaked sooji and salt and blitz once again to get a smooth mixture.
Transfer to a bowl and add the baking soda before letting it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of batter on the pan and drizzle some ghee on top.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat and serve warm with honey and fruits.
