This egg muffin recipe is healthy and delicious! This easy breakfast recipe is fulfilling and will satisfy your cravings.
2 cups diced red bell pepper ½ cup chopped scallions 9 eggs 1 garlic clove Heaping ½ teaspoon sea salt 3 tablespoon Flour ¾ teaspoon baking powder Black pepper Feta cheese Olive oil
Set the oven to 350 degrees F. Grab a muffin and brush it with oil. Distribute peppers and scallions properly across the muffin cups.
In a bowl whisk the eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle the flour and baking powder on top. Now divide the mixture evenly into the cups.
Bake for 22 to 24 minutes. Let it cool before removing it from the pan. Serve it with your desired dressings.
