Fluffy And Flavourful Egg Muffins

This egg muffin recipe is healthy and delicious! This easy breakfast recipe is fulfilling and will satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

2 cups diced red bell pepper ½ cup chopped scallions eggs 1 garlic clove Heaping ½ teaspoon sea salt 3 tablespoon Flour ¾ teaspoon baking powder Black pepper Feta cheese Olive oil

Step 1

Set the oven to 350 degrees F. Grab a muffin and brush it with oil. Distribute peppers and scallions properly across the muffin cups.

Step 2

In a bowl whisk the eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle the flour and baking powder on top. Now divide the mixture evenly into the cups.

Step 3

Bake for 22 to 24 minutes. Let it cool before removing it from the pan. Serve it with your desired dressings.
