Curry leaves rice is a popular South Indian dish that blends the beneficial properties of curry leaves with those of rice and spices.
Wash and cook 1 cup of rice.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves.
Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger.
Add turmeric powder, salt, and cooked rice. Mix well.
Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot. Enjoy!
