Green moong soup is a nutritious and comforting dish made from whole green mung beans, simmered with spices and herbs, delivering a hearty, protein-rich bowl of goodness that's both satisfying and healthy. It's a wholesome delight for the palate and well-being.

½ cup overnight soaked green moong or sprouted moong 1 small ginger peice 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp ajwain 1 tsp Black pepper powder Salt to taste Ghee
Put the sprouts, ginger, and water in a pressure cooker, and cook on high for 2 whistles. Let the pressure release on its own, when it has cooled, use a blender to combine it.
Put some ghee in a pan or kadhai and add cumin seeds, ajwain, and turmeric powder now add the soup mixture together. The longer it simmers, the better.
Afterwards, season with salt and black pepper. Place in a bowl and season with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Prepare and serve immediately. Enjoy!
