1 + 4 tbsp oil 1/2 kg mutton 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 3 tsp red chilli powder Water to cook 1/3 bunch chopped gongura 2 chopped green chilies

1 chopped onion 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp urad dal 3 to 4 dried red chillies 2 tsp mustard seeds Handful of curry leaves 8to 10 cloves garlic

Heat a pressure cooker and add oil. Add mutton and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Now, add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and saute. Add water and pressure cook until 6-7 whistles.

Take a wok, add chopped gongura, onions, green chili, turmeric, salt, red chili powder and water. Mix well.

Cook till the gongura leaves have wilted. Cool down the mixture and make a fine paste of it.

Add this paste to the cooked mutton. Also, add coriander-cumin powder and simmer the mutton on low heat.

Add oil to a pan with red chilies, urad dal, mustard seeds, garlic cloves, and curry leaves. Let it splutter and pour it on the mutton.
