A revitalising and hydrating inclusion to a nutritious weight loss routine is detox water, which is infused with invigorating elements such as lemon, cucumber, and mint.
Lemon and Mint Detox Water
Get a pitcher of water and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Add some fresh mint leaves and let them steep for a few hours before you take a sip.
Cucumber and Lime Detox Water
Water with cucumber and lime slices added to it. The flavours will really come together after a night in the fridge.
Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Water
Mix 1 litre of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. If you want to improve the taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey. Mix well, and drink it all day long.
Ginger and Lemon Detox Water
Grate a small piece of ginger and mix it with the juice of one lemon in a jug of water. Let it sit for a couple of hours before you drink it.
Mix a handful of mixed berries like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with slices of orange in a jug of water. Give it a few hours to steep before serving.
