Fitness Freak John Abraham's Diet Regime

Post the massive success of Pathaan, John Abraham has definitely got us swooning over his fit physique. 

Even at 50, John is still at the top of his game when it comes to fitness, but that has come with a whole lot of workouts and a dedicated diet.  

Breakfast

John is known to be very particular about his nutrient intake and his breakfast includes a calculative mix of 5 eggs, a cup of coffee, and just about 100 gms of fruit. 

Mid Meal

John Abraham’s mid meal is also measured with 100 gms of oats or muesli along with 5 egg whites or a protein shake with just one scoop of protein powder. 

Lunch

John is a lover for simple homemade food and so his everyday lunch is a mix of roti or rice with dal, egg whites, sabji, curd and salad. 

Evening Meal

Seems like egg rules John’s diet as his evening snack also consists of 3-4 egg whites and a bowl of fruits which can be papaya or apple. 

Dinner

John’s dinner on days with rigorous training is full of carbs in the form of bajra or jowar along with protein-rich paneer or egg whites.
