Monsoon is almost at its end; if you haven't tried non-veg pakora, this is your cue. If you love delicate meat and want to try something other than chicken, then you need to try this fish pakora.
1 kg fish fillets pieces 1 cup gram flour (besan) 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Oil for deep frying
Mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
Then, marinate the fish fillets in the batter for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Carefully drop the marinated fish pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
