Ingredients

Yellow pumpkin - 250 gms (with skin and deseeded ) Onion - 1 large  Garlic cloves - 8 (with skin)  Coconut cream - 2 cups  Green chilies - 3-4 Salt 

Step 1

Cut The Pumpkin Into Cubes With Skin On. Then, cube The Onion. 

Step 2

Rub The Oil And Salt On The Pumpkin Cubes, Onion, Garlic Cloves With Skin.

Step 3

Place All The Contents On A Baking Dish, And Heat The Oven At 250 Degrees And Place The Tray Inside.
