1/2 cup kala chana 1/2 ginger 3 green chilies 6 garlic cloves 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Handful of coriander leaves 1/2 cup semolina 1/4 cup curd Some curry leaves Oil

First, soak chana overnight or for atleast six or seven hours.

When done, add soaked chana to a blender with green chili, garlic and ginger.

Also add cumin seeds, coriander leaves, semolina, curd, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and water.

Blend and make a batter. Let the batter rest for atleast 10 minutes.

Heat a pan and add little oil. Pour a laddle full of batter and spread it evenly. Put oil on the edges.

Cook from both sides and when the dosa is brown and crisp, remove. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy.
