1/4 cup fenugreek seeds 1 cup rice 1/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp sesame seeds Water as required
Start by washing fenugreek seeds in water. Soak the seeds overnight or for at least 6 hours.

Also soak the rice for 6 hours. Store the fenugreek water to add in the batter.

In a blender, add soaked fenugreek seeds and rice. Make a batter. Add salt and water.

Heat a pan and add a ladle full of batter on the pan. Make a dosa and let it cook.

Cook from both sides and serve with coconut or any other chutney of your choice.
