Noodle soup is a comforting and versatile dish that’s easy to make at home. Here’s a simple recipe to prepare a delicious bowl of noodle soup in just a few steps.
1 pack of noodles (any type) 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth 1 cup sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms) 1 garlic clove, minced 1-inch ginger, grated 1 tablespoon soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste Optional: chopped spring onions, boiled egg, or tofu for garnish
Boil the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
In a pot, heat the broth over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked noodles to the broth and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with spring onions, boiled egg, or tofu.
