Fattoush Salad: Easy-To-Make Dish For Busy Days

Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and fried pieces of pita bread all together with something healthy? Try this amazing fattoush salad, which comes together in just 5 minutes. 

Ingredients

1 loaf pita bread, toasted pieces 1 cucumber 1 tomato 1 red onion 1/4 cup fresh parsley 1/4 cup fresh mint Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1

Toast the pita bread pieces until crispy.

Step 2

Combine the cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley, and mint.

Step 3

Toast the pitWhisk together lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.a bread pieces until crispy.

Step 4

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.

Step 5

Add the toasted pita bread to the salad and toss gently.
