Chai is probably the one thing every Indian father loves. This Father’s Day, why don’t you surprise your dad with these quick and crunchy snacks and see their precious smile?
No tea time is complete without pakore. Just chop some vegetables, coated in a besan batter, deep fry them, and serve them hot.
For a quick and no-cook snack, try the Mumbai-style bhel puri. Just mix chopped veggies, murmura, and chutneys, and serve.
Giving the Punjabi samosa a twist, replace the potato filling with a mixture of cheese and sweet corn and serve with tea.
With a thick batter made with urad dal, chana dal, and a blend of spices, you can make crispy masala vada.
Banana chips are made by frying finely thin slices of banana. The crispy chips are perfect for munching with a cup of chai.
Be it meat or vegetable-based, you can grill or fry kebabs and serve them with chutney for your dad.
