1 beetroot 1 cup water 1 carrot 1 cup spinach (optional) 1 apple 1 thin slice of ginger
Take beetroot and carrots and chop and slice them respectively.
Take a blender and add spinach, if available, to it. Add water and make a smooth paste.
Add in the chopped beetroot, sliced carrot, chopped apple and ginger.
Blend until smooth and serve into the glass. Have this healthy smoothie for breakfast!
