Make the vrat-friendly Farali Dosa at home with a few simple ingredients in under 30 minutes. Here's a breakdown of the quick and easy fasting dosa that's traditionally made with sanwa millet and amaranth flour

1 cup samo rice / barnyard millet ½ cup sabudana Water 2 tbsp curd ½ tsp salt

Take a cup of samo rice, and half a cup sabudana and soak them in water for 5 hours. Transfer to a blender after draining the water

Add water and blend into a paste. Transfer the mixture or batter to a large bowl.

Add 2 tbsp curd and half a spoon of salt and mix. Now, cover the mixture and let it be for three hours. Cover it if possible.

Take a non-stick pan, heat it on low heat and pour the batter with a ladle. Spread it in a circular motion

Cook on medium flame until one side is cooked. Flip over the other side to cook it consistently
