Banana bread is a classic that has withstood the test of time. Be it for breakfast, afternoon, evening snacks, or a light dessert, banana bread can be enjoyed at all times. Here’s how you can make it at home.
3 bananas 1 egg 1.5 cups maida 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/3 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt
Take the fresh bananas, mash them, and mix them with butter.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: maida, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
Mix in the wet ingredients like eggs and vanilla extract.
Add the chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins and fold them in the batter.
Bake the banana bread, let it cool, slice, and serve.
