For tart 1 cup water chestnut flour 1 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) 1/2 tsp orange essence Pinch of orange food colour For Orange Sandesh 1 cup chhena 2 tbsp powder sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp orange essence Pinch of orange food colour
For toasted coconut burfi 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup sugar 1tbsp ghee 1/2 cup khoya 1 cup milk 1tsp toasted coconut essence 1tsp cardamom powder For caramelized oranges 1 orange 1/2 cup sugar
In a bowl add all ingredients and mix it well. Now add water (as needed) to make soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Now take greased pie mould, and set the dough in it, pricks it with the help of fork. Bake it in preheated oven on 180d for 20 to 25 minutes.
