Before making the move to vegetarianism in 2014 due to health concerns, Rajinikanth was a huge fan of meat and other non-vegetarian dishes.
To keep himself healthy and maintain a healthy weight, Rajinikanth eats mostly plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains and avoids dairy products like milk, curd, and ghee.
As early as 5 a.m., Rajinikanth begins his day. To maintain his mental and physical health, the actor also meditates and does yoga.
Sometimes for lunch, he just haves some steamed vegetables. Vegetarian options including dal, curry, and rice are staples during his dinner.
