The fascinating Biryani Chai has become incredibly famous due to its unusual combination of flavours, which consists of aromatic spices and soothing tea. Lets make your own Biryani Chai

2 cups Water 1 tsp Black peppercorns 2 pods Elaichi (cardamom) 1 inch Cinnamon stick 1 piece Star anise 1 tsp Saunf (fennel seeds) 2 tsp Tea leaves 1 small piece crushed Ginger 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Lemon juice Handful Fresh pudina (mint) leaves
Heat water with black peppercorns, elaichi, cinnamon, star anise, saunf, and tea leaves. Boil the masalas for 5-7 minutes, enhancing their flavour.
Simmer until it reaches a boil. Crush ginger, add to a glass, and top with honey, lemon juice, and fresh pudina leaves.
Pour in the masala chai water, and voilà – your comforting cup of Biryani Chai is ready to be enjoyed!
