Everest - The Peak Of Desi Cocktails

When it comes to cocktails, the sky’s the limit to what you can create.  So why not enjoy something inspired by one of the natural wonders of the world, that’s right at home in our own backyard – Mount Everest!

Ingredients

20 ml Gin 20 ml Malibu 30 ml Coconut Cream 1 tsp Caster Sugar ½ tsp curry powder Curry Leaves

Method

Mix the sugar and curry powder and rim the glass. Add the gin, Malibu and cream in a blender and blend well until fluffy and then pour into a glass. Garnish with a curry leaf.
