All detox drinks and teas have their benefits - but the one that facilitates weight loss is what we need. This turmeric tea is one that is sure to help you achieve those goals. 

Ingredients

1 cup water 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp turmeric Honey (optional)

Boil water in a saucepan. When the water boils, add black pepper and turmeric powder to it.

Switch off the flame and close the lid. Let it steep for three-four minutes.

Stir in ½ tsp of honey if using. Strain in a cup and take a sip.
