Once they are sprouted, methi seeds become much more digestible and softer, the intensity and quantity of antioxidants increase, release glucose slowly in the blood to avoid sudden blood sugar spikes, and also boost the nutritional profile overall.

Wash methi seeds well (at least four or five times) with plain water. This helps to keep the seeds from stinking later.

Soak the seeds in water and leave them overnight.

The next morning, drain the water, wash them again, and hang them on a muslin cloth.

Next day, open the towel and thoroughly wash the seeds. Then knot them back into the piece of cloth to hang.

Repeat the technique for 5 days to allow the seeds to completely sprout, with small green leaves emerging.
