Ever Tried Makhana Smoothie For Weight Loss?

Combined with nuts and dry fruits, seeds and milk, this makhana smoothie can be a wholesome treat.

Ingredients

1 cup roasted makhana 2 tbsp roasted peanuts 2 tbsp roasted almonds 1 tsp honey 1 tsp raisins 1 tsp roasted seeds 1 cup milk 

Dry roast makhana and peanuts together and set aside. Once they are cool, blend them in jar and add milk. 

Blend them well into a smoothie, transfer into a glass and honey. 

Top with raisins and roasted seeds. Enjoy.
