Dhokla makes for up a quick and delicious snacking option, isn't it? Even though dhokla is perfect the way it is, we have brought a quick recipe to make it tastier. The recipe was shared by Chef Natasha Gandhi on her social media account. TAP TO VIEW the recipe!

For the Dhokla 1 cup sooji 1/4 cup curd 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp oil 1 cup water 1 tsp Eno 1 tbsp chilli garlic chutney For the chutney 5 to 6 red chili 10 to 15 garlic cloves Salt Lemon juice Ghee
Take a blender, add red chilies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and oil. Make a fine paste.

Heat a pan and ghee. Cook the chutney for a 2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, add sooji in a bowl.

Add curd, lemon juice, oil and water to the sooji. Also, add 1 tsp prepared chutney and mix well.

Add 1 tsp eno and stir the mixture. Heat a pan and add oil to it. Add curry leaves and sesame seeds for tempering.

Pour the dhokla mixture and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, slice it and serve with chutney.
