Ingredients

2 cups bhujiya ¼ cup milk 2.5 tbsp sugar ¼ cup oil ½ tsp rai ¼ tsp hing 8-9 curry leaves ½ tsp chopped ginger & chillies ¼ tsp haldi ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 & a half lemons (squeezed) 3/4 tsp sugar ½ cup grated coconut 1/3 cup chopped coriander

Step 1 

Soak bhujiya with milk and 2.5 tbsp sugar for 20-30 mins. In a pan, heat oil, add rye, hing, and curry leaves, then sauté with green chilies and ginger.

Step 2

Sprinkle haldi and red chili powder, then add soaked bhujiya to the pan. Stir well. Add lemon juice and 3/4 tbsp sugar into the mixture.

Step 3

Finish by adding grated coconut and coriander, mixing everything thoroughly. Cook on low flame, ensuring it doesn't burn. Serve and enjoy the delightful bhujiya poha!
