Ever Heard Of A Michelada? A Bloody Mary But With A Beer In It.

By Devi Poojari

This Mexican cocktail is an amalgamation that borrows the best of both worlds: the spicy-tartness of the bloody Mary combined with the cooling, fizzy effect from the beer. This could easily become your go-to summer cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

20 ml vodka 1 teaspoon chilli-salt 15 ml lime juice 2 teaspoon Tabasco (or any hot sauce of your choice) 1 teaspoon soy sauce/Worcestshire sauce Pinch of salt 330 ml beer Wedge of lime to garnish

METHOD

Rim the mouth of your glass with a mixture of chilli powder and salt and set aside.

METHOD
