Ingredients

1/2 cup tamarind pulp 3 cup Water 4 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp black salt Ice cubes 1/4 cup boondi Mint leaves for garnish

Step 1

To make tamarind pulp, soak tamarind in warm water and after 10 minutes, mash the tamarind in the water and strain that pulp. 

Step 2

Now add sugar in the pulp. If you like you can add other options of sweetner. 

Step 3

Add water and other spices. One can also add mint powder to give nice aroma.
