Turn one of kids most hated vegetables into one they love. This creamy baked recipe has all the goodness off broccoli with the added benefits of cheese!

200g broccoli 50g heavy cream 50g garlic Salt (as required) 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder 100g mozzarella cheese Chaat masala powder (as required) 1/2 cup hung curd 50g ginger 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom 50g processed cheese

Cut the broccoli into medium-sized florets and blanch them in hot water. Allow them to cool.

In a bowl, combine hung curd, grated processed cheese, and heavy cream. Mix well.

Add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, white pepper powder, salt, sugar, garam masala, and cardamom powder to the creamy mixture.

Coat the blanched broccoli florets with the creamy mixture until they are evenly coated.

Place the coated broccoli florets in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt. Serve hot, garnished with chilli flakes or chaat masala.
