Made with fresh blueberries, milk and whipping cream, blueberry ice cream is perfect for summer. Here is an easy recipe, prepare at home.
4 cups fresh blueberries 2 cups sugar 1 tbsp vanilla A pinch of salt 1 cup whole milk 2 cups whipping cream
Puree blueberries in blender. Add pureed blueberries and sugar in saucepan and stir, warming until sugar dissolves.
Refrigerate mixture until cold. Add in vanilla, salt, milk and cream. Mix.
Pour into ice cream maker and churn. Freeze to allow ice cream to set up. Serve.
