Enjoy Your Favourite Gulab Jamun This Winter

Gulab jamun is everyone's favourite dessert. This hot, sugary sweet tastes even better in the chilly winters. Let us learn how to make these.

Step 1

Take any ready-made gulab jamun mix and add lukewarm milk to it to make a dough.

Step 2

Remember to knead the dough adding little quantities of mil to make a smooth dough.

Step 3

Make small balls out of the dough with no cracks. The balls increase in size after soaking in syrup, so make them accordingly.

Step 4

Heat ghee in a kadhai and deep fry the balls till golden. In another pan, prepare a 2-string thick sugar syrup.

Step 5

After the syrup cools down a bit, start adding the balls. The gulab jamuns will be ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
