Bring out the best in your sandwiches and wraps with this mouth-watering egg salad spread recipe! You can't go wrong with this spread—it's creamy, full of flavour, and so quick to whip up.
2 hard-boiled eggs 1/2 onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp spring onions 1 green chili, finely chopped 1/2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped 2 tbsp yoghurt 2 tbsp mayo Salt to taste 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Boil eggs for 8 minutes. Once cooled and peeled, cut into half and separate the egg yolk and white. Mash the egg yolk and add all the ingredients, mixing well.
Chop the egg whites and add them to the mixture. Spread on toast or use as a canapé topping. Enjoy the creamy goodness of this egg spread!
