The soothing scent and delicious combination of fruity sweetness and toasty spice in apple cinnamon tea entice the senses. On cold mornings or calm evenings, this soothing drink is the ideal companion because it provides a comfortable escape from the stresses of everyday life.

1 cup water 1 apple, sliced 1 cinnamon stick 1 teaspoon honey (optional) A splash of lemon juice (optional)
In a small saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil. Add sliced apple and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld. Strain the tea into a mug, discarding the apple slices and cinnamon stick.
To taste, you can add honey for sweetness and a squeeze of lemon juice. Make a pot of homemade apple cinnamon tea and enjoy the soothing warmth and tasty tastes as you sip.
