Delicious and easy to prepare, tindora fry is produced by frying thin slices of ivy gourd in oil and seasoning them with spices.
Wash and trim the tindora (ivy gourd) edges, then cut into thin slices
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
Sauté sliced tindora with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Cook until tender and crispy. Serve hot as a delicious side dish. Enjoy
