Enjoy crispy spicy soya pakoras, a delicious blend of boiled soya chunks and aromatic Indian spices, coated in gram flour. These crunchy pakoras are best enjoyed hot with mint chutney or tamarind sauce.
1 cup soy chunks, boiled 1 cup gram flour (besan) 1 onion, finely chopped 2 green chillies, finely chopped 1 inch ginger, grated 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves, chopped Oil for fryinge
Boil soy chunks until tender, drain water, and mash lightly.
Add mashed soy chunks, gram flour, chopped onion, green chillies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, and coriander powder in a bowl.
Now, add turmeric powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
Fry pakoras until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Drain on napkins.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney.
